The Assyrian Aid Society of America, a California non-profit organization, is governed by its Board of Directors in accordance with the AASA bylaws and the laws of the State of California. Sharing a commitment to its Mission Statement and to the Assyrian people, the Directors set organization policy, review and approve international projects, guide chapter activities, and oversee the organization’s financial integrity and transparency. All Directors are volunteers and receive no salary.
