Atra Trip 6776 / 2026!
In spring 2026 the Assyrian Aid Society of Iraq (AAS-IRAQ) will host our third group trip to northern Iraq, having put together an exciting itinerary for an experience of a lifetime with guests absorbing the rich Assyrian history, traditions, and culture in our beloved, ancestral Homeland. The itinerary included day trips to ancient Assyrian historical sites and monasteries, AAS-IRAQ-run primary and secondary schools, Assyrian villages, Easter celebrations, participation in the Assyrian New Year Akitu celebrations, and much more!
Our hope is that these annual trips will motivate the participants to continue strengthening their Assyrian identity and their connection with Assyria.
